My New Daughter Is Almost Here

I had a few good posts planned for the blog the next couple of days. They may have to wait a little bit though …
I got a call earlier today at work. Ana was at her doctors appointment. She’s been having contractions, and was 4cm dilated. Not terribly surprising, since today is her due date 
In any case, I may not be around the blog or any online networks for the next few days.
Fair warning though …
Nobody should be terribly shocked if over the next couple of months you end up seeing quite a few pictures of Jaiden Taylor

Hi Lin,
Wouldn’t you know it, the contractions have slowed down/stopped, so Ana is just upstairs resting and watching TV. But just in case, I’m not going back to work today
lol, as for “glad it’s not me!” … it’s starting to sink in that I haven’t done this in oh, abot 10 1/2 years. Should be interesting to see how different it is this time … now that I’m a little older, and hopefully a little wiser.

Darn, here I was thinking there would be an announcement that little Jaiden had been born. Where’s my cigar? Oh well…, it’ll happen sooner than you think, and probably around 2 a.m. just for good measure.
Ahh the memories. Back labor…ouch!!! Have you ever imagined delivering an 11 lb bowling bowl? Been there done that, that’s why I’m sooo glad it’s not me.

Hi Lin,
lol, I’ll drop off your cigar next time I’m near Texas.
As for 11 lb bowling balls … yikes I hope not … cause you know something like that would most definitely be the guys fault.
I will let you know when Jaiden finally decides to grace us with her presence.
